We have been retained by a PE Firm to identify a VP or Director of Human Resources for a food production company in the LA area. This person will have a hefty to do list - establish processes and procedures - convert temps to FTEs, work with operations on strategy to create culture and grow the company, etc. We need someone who has been the top HR person at a similar sized manufacturing company and that has experience managing large volumes of temporary employees and staffing firms.
