We're seeking an experienced Title Specialist/Underwriter with 5+ years in commercial title underwriting, title insurance, or closely related CRE/energy real estate law. Licensed Title Agent and/or Title Underwriter in at least one U.S. state. Deep expertise in title commitments, ALTA surveys, endorsements, curative instruments, and complex title resolutions for commercial CRE and solar/renewable projects. Strong deal-structuring insight, stakeholder negotiation (underwriters, counsel, lenders), and multi-state portfolio management. Hybrid, 4 days in Rockville, MD.
