Hello! A colleague of mine is looking for someone who can provide help in this area. A mutual colleague works for an organization that has both a 401(k) and a non-governmental 457(b) plan and she is one of the Trustees of these plans. Her company is looking to move more of their corporate spend to minority owned firms. Their immediate need is for a Trustee and TPA for the 457(b) plan, but longer term they are going to go out to market for a new 401(k) plan too.
