Our client, a full-service law firm, has openings for Real Estate attorneys with 5+ years of experience. The client is open to Sr Associate, Counsel, Sr Counsel, and Partner candidates. Non-Partner opportunities with reduced billable hour requirement are available. Ideal candidates will have experience with leasing and purchase/sale transactions, real estate finance and/or development incentives. The candidate must have ability to work well with a team, superior judgement, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
