I have a client that owns a rental property in South Carolina in an HOA development. The property suffered damage, which also damaged adjacent properties. The HOA management company for the project is advising the adjacent property owners to take action that is contrary to South Carolina law. I need a referral to an attorney that can stop this illegal activity immediately or, if they will not cease, to initiate the appropriate legal actions.
