Strategy Law, LLP, a business and real estate law firm in Silicon Valley, is looking for a senior employment attorney who has a portable book of business and at least 10 years of employment law experience. The attorney must be licensed in California and have experience with transactional employment matters including employee handbooks, policies and procedures, employment agreements, and counseling businesses regarding hiring, termination and other employment matters. Prior experience in litigating employment matters is preferred as well.
