This position is primarily responsible for assisting and supporting the lead R&D engineers. Work with Research and Development team to manage projects. Prepare reports, including weekly/monthly department status updates of multiple projects. Support R&D team with administrative tasks. Perform technical writing (test plans, procedures, reports) to document performance of products. Perform hands-on lab work, assembling, testing, disassembling and evaluating materials.
