A year ago, or so there was a major hailstorm in Fort Smith Arkansas. My client initiated a claim with their insurance Nationwide and the claim was denied or rejected as they were told that the deductible would exceed the repair. Now they are being told that the roof needs a full replacement largely due to hailstorm. I am looking for an attorney or private adjuster who can help pursue the claim.
