Trustee overseeing a Trust which had over $500,000 in cash and two paid off single family residences was removed on the Court's motion. Trustee diverted title to one property to himself and all cash is now gone. Third party fiduciary needs a contingency attorney to recover the diverted assets which include real property and cash.
