I have a client in the precision parts and product manufacturing space. He is looking to make complimentary acquisitions in one of the following fields: precision metal machining for the semi-conductor, medical products, defense, or energy industry. He?s also interested in strategic acquisitions of machine vision or laser measurement systems manufacturers. Businesses with a minimum EBITDA of around $300,000 are preferred. His ideal/preferred locations would be anywhere in the Southeast region (TX, GA, FL, NC or SC) and the Northeast (MD, DE or PA)
