The ideal candidate must have a PhD in Biology (e.g. molecular biology, biochemistry, virology, genetic cell biology) with experience in patent drafting, and in patent prosecution before the USPTO and elsewhere encompassing a variety of technologies in biotechnology and chemistry.A PhD is required.. Must have passed the USPTO bar examination.
