We are looking for an experienced accountant who can simultaneously manage several unique funds/entities as well as manage our multiple finance relationships for the funds (CPA, fund administrators, auditors). Some of the day to day responsibilities include: 1. SPV Accounting a. Calculating Capital Call and Distribution allocations b. Invoice management c. Forecasting future liquidity needs d. Forecasting expense ratios e. Reviewing PPMs and recommending/approving any changes f. Investor and custodial level reporting 2. Corporate Accounting 3. 3rd party relationship management
