Looking for someone to serve as an expert witness in a pending trust litigation in San Francisco where client is arguing mom lacks capacity to make changes to her estate plan. Some time-sensitivity as we'd like to depose mom within the next few weeks and would like the evaluator to sit in on that deposition. Evaluator does not have to be based in SF, just available to help in SF.
