Need national business funding source (not SBA) for average deal size of $1MM to build-out & stabilize warehouse/logistics centers (on average 100,000sf each) that are subleased to tenants needing 500-5,000sf each for businesses whose leasing needs can scale up or down. This proven model has performed very well throughout COVID. The Company already has a nationwide footprint with over 15 facilities and expanding. Immediate needs are to fund two deals on West Coast. Funding source must have capability to finance a national growth platform. High IRR's and 3 year terms.
