Miller, Morton, Caillat & Nevis is hiring a California-licensed associate. The successful candidate will: be independent and will require minimal oversight to manage his/her workload and to meet deadlines; responsive to inquiries from managing attorneys; be committed to practice as a litigator (we do not currently have a need for a candidate who desires transactional work); capable of handling all phases of discovery; have demonstrated competency in legal analysis, research, and writing (writing sample reqd); be a graduate of an accredited law school.
