Candidate will work primarily in the firm's New Jersey Matrimonial Practice Group with opportunities to work with the firm's New York Matrimonial Practice Group. Candidate will work on high profile, complex contested and uncontested matrimonial cases in both New Jersey and New York. Candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of matrimonial practice, including without limitation, drafting agreements, motions, preparing for trial and depositions, document review, legal research and writing legal briefs.
