Looking for a mediator for a pre-litigation business dispute case. We represent two former C-Suite execs who were terminated allegedly pursuant to a 'bad leaver' clause in their stock option agreement. They believe their work allowed the company to grow and be sold at a much higher number than when they started with the company, and the CEO made up the reason for their termination in order to avoid paying them out the stocks they are rightfully owed. The CEO apparently walks back on most all agreements, so we need a mediator that can keep him engaged and is not afraid to push back.
