I have a client who holds approximately $5 million in stock of a listed company, and wants to distribute that stock to its 30-40 shareholders. The transfer agent of the issuer is requiring that the stock transfer power be medallion guaranteed, but we are having difficulty finding someone who can handle a transaction that large. Any assistance would is greatly appreciated.
