We are looking for a company that specializes in property tax appeals, especially with experience dealing with the Los Angeles County Tax Assessor. One of the properties in our investment portfolio has been assessed with a tax increase that we believe to be wholly invalid. This is not a large property, but the assessment is unfair and we'd like to fight it. We have had this issue pop-up in the past as well and would like to build a solid connection with a company that specializes in this field.
