I have a contact who is looking to buy a business. He is industry agnostic and a very experienced operator. He is looking for a business that has been around $2m in revenue for a couple of years and is "stuck" there. He is excellent at scaling. He wants to buy either all or a majority stake and is happy to leave management in place if they know what they are doing.
