Looking for a referral to an expert in landscape architecture for HOA litigation in Ventura County. The litigation was initiated by a homeowner/member against the HOA. The member graded the property he is developing with a slope face not within the HOA Architectural Standards. The member claims the slope face can be landscaped to make it "harmonious with natural topography," etc., and thereby within Architectural Standards. Looking for an expert to refute that.
