Can you recommend someone with international tax expertise, specifically to Russia? Asking for a colleague's client who is a Russian citizen (has been living in the US/Mountain View for 3 years with a O1 Visa) that wants to sell their business in Russia and bring $2m to US - of course, being mindful of tax implications. They need some good tax advice as they negotiate the deal. (Most likely looking at a 2-3 year installment deal.)
