We seek Care Managers with prior experience in eldercare who are highly organized, resourceful and excel at empathic communication. Preference for a Masters degree in one of the following: Gerontology, MSW, MFT, OT or Nursing. This position works from home with travel within San Francisco and northern San Mateo County. Sage Eldercare specializes in high touch, holistic, in-home care for older adults with dementia.
