I have a SaaS client in the DC area who is preparing for fundraising - Series A.  He has 20 paying clients and has bootstrapped it to this point while growing the team.  He's looking for a fractional CFO that is experienced in SaaS, B2B, enterprise sales, and the intricacies of fundraising - must be within travel distance of DC.
