Experience with Offers in Compromise for SBA EIDL Loan – NE

Company has to close down and has less assets than is owed on an EIDL loan, and would like to offer less than what they have due to extenuating circumstances. I am looking for some practical tips on how best to approach the SBA. Thanks!
