Areas of Responsibility - Manages logistics for the COO/CCO to include, but not limited to, calendars, meetings, time management, and 'gate keeping' - Assists with compliance tasks to ensure all required documentation is current and in order - Assists with licensing and credentials to include all licenses and continuing education as required - HR support to include tasks, updating employee data/information, and onboarding/offboarding - Assists with accounting tasks as necessary - Prepares reports for COO/CCO as necessary - Acts as a liaison between firm and its IT consultants
