My client is seeking a Corporate & Securities attorney, 4+ yrs exp., specializes in advising clients who are raising or deploying capital. This includes operating companies raising capital for seed or growth equity investments, special purpose vehicles, and raising and deploying capital for growth equity investments. The attorney must have prior experience with navigating and structuring investment transactions under Regulation D, with a preference for a person who also has experience with offerings under other exemptions (Regs S/K, Reg S, Reg A, Reg CF).
