Boutique corporate and securities law firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to join three veteran securities attorneys on a partially remote/in-office position. The candidate for the position must have experience in (i) forming corporations and limited liability companies in CA, WY, NV and DE; (ii) filing registration statements and Form D's with the SEC; (iii) filing blue sky through the NASAA EFD system; (iv) preparing disclosure schedules attached to merger and acquisition agreements; and (v) closing an acquisition.
