Insurance broker invoiced client for purchase of policy. Client sent payment to broker. Broker never sent funds to insurer. Client suffered loss, submitted to insurer, which denied coverage, saying there was no policy. Broker's prof liablity insurer has denied coverage. Need contingency lawyer to sue broker and hopefully prompt broker's insurer to cover. $1M in issue.
