Required: 12+ years of operation and management experience in a senior operations role, or managing partner type of role in a law firm. Must have experience working with professional consulting practices. Understanding of law firms and challenges faced by law firms. Open to EOS model or similar type of system. Base salary $200,000+ based on experience with bonuses tied directly to agreed-upon metrics.
