Small firm is seeking an attorney with at least 10 years of experience in: general & transactional business including franchise law, which is its specialty so any franchise experience is a plus. The ideal person would start as an independent contractor and transition to associate as soon as possible with eventual goal of acquiring the practice in 1-2 years. There is no litigation provided to clients, but if that can be done without supervision, then it could be integrated. Estate planning experience a plus but not required.
