Mid-size Orange County law firm seeking attorney with 4-6 years experience to handle business litigation matters throughout California, including real estate disputes, premises liability and general business litigation. Must be licensed in California, bar licenses in additional jurisdictions a plus. Experience with drafting and aggressively pursuing discovery and litigation motions, largely self-directed, is required. Experience with bankruptcy representation of creditors a plus. The ideal candidate will have some construction defect litigation experience as well.
