The client lives in a 'Special Use' (medical patients with environmental issues) condo building, for which a trust that she is the beneficiary owns her unit. I am the trustee. The 27 remaining units are owned by a partnership. In 2009 the building had mold (a bad kind), and impacted my client. She has had no issues until recently. In January she had a plumbing leak. During the repairs it was noted that the tape and bedding where the earlier leak took place was coming loose. She called in a mold inspector, and the results showed more of this bad mold.
