The role requires a lawyer to provide representation to franchisors and franchisees, includes preparation and review of default notices, termination notices, transfer agreements and related transactional documents, Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), initial franchise documents and contracts for franchisor and franchisee clients. Salary range per annum with bonus: $110k - $120k
