Looking to acquire. I am the daughter that business owners wish they had: I will buy and operate their business and be their exit and succession plan. I raised a search fund (www.steadfeather.com) to acquire one company and am planning on operating the business myself post-transaction. For me, this path is a career choice. I'm targeting privately held US-based B2B services businesses ($5-50M revenue, $2-10M EBITDA) or SaaS businesses ($3-5M in ARR). I'm open to looking at any growing company in that range and am industry/geographically agnostic. I will relocate to wherever the business is.
