I am looking to interview business owners who made a successful transition in operating models from office-based to virtual operations in 2020 to identify the keys to successful transition and success stories. I plan to publish a summary of my findings and participants will receive a copy for free. In addition, if the business owner desires, attribution for contributing to the project will be provided. No direct references will be made to any business or business owner, unless agreed to in writing, so as to maintain confidentiality.
