Every year, a client gets valuation of her Homewood lakefront home to value the rental value for 4-5 unspecified weeks per year. Her kids own the property and she rents it from them. For tax purposes we need to have a formalized appraisal for the file to make sure she's paying the right amount. Kevin always did this project each spring for us. I foresee this being an ongoing project for the rest of the client's life and she's in her 60s so ten to 30 years or so.
