I have a consistent need for an attorney or other professional who can help my clients transfer title in commercial and residential real property (typically into an LLC, to and from a trust, etc.), often incident to an entity formation. Our firm handles the entity structuring but we have nobody in-house to handle transactional real estate. Interested in a long-term referral relationship.
