We have a lead for someone in need of a tax attorney who handles audits. "I had previously given power of attorney to my tax preparer to work with the IRS agent. We don't seem to be making any progress So I suggested to the agent that she close it out so that we could take it up in the appeals process instead. I would like to hire an attorney for that portion in part because I don't feel like my tax preparer has been able to make much headway."
