Client is the widow of a notable doctor who died earlier this year. The partners in the deceased's medical group have continued to use his name and likeness, despite there being no release of rights. There is a separate concurrent action regarding the former partners' refusal to honor the deceased's partnership agreement, and buy the widow out of her husband's stake in the practice.
