PC is a psychiatrist and owns a medical practice as a sole proprietor. He suffered a massive stroke and is incapacitated. Wife (not an M.D.) needs guidance on whether she can manage the practice administratively as financial agent or if she needs to appoint a special agent. Also, want to see if there is any other requirements or suggestions for managing the practice while the Dr. is unable to do so himself.
