We focus our practice on what might be described as the "core elder law" areas here in California. Those are, in general terms: estate planning, conservatorships, Medi-Cal planning, trust administration and litigation, probate administration and litigation, and mental health issues. It is all we do, all we have ever done, and indeed all we have wanted to do in the practice of law. Our goal is to help elders and their families negotiate the legal difficulties associated with aging, and, by proper planning, turn uncertain futures into sunny prospects.
|
| |
We offer comprehensive estate planning, Medi-Cal planning, conservatorship representation, trust administration and litigation, and, probate administration and litigation. We also represent parties in Mental Health proceedings.
