We provide a written financial plan addressing cash flow, income & estate tax reduction strategies, investment portfolio design & management, risk management (insurance analysis), retirement income distribution plan. Then with the client, we review investment portfolios quarterly and update the Financial Plans annually.

For Business Owners, we include the above plus a written exit plan which coordinates with the Exit Planning Team of Advisors (normally done between 10 years and 1 year prior to planned exit). It is a seven step process, resulting in an owner’s transition out of the business. We convert the business value into personal wealth, thus providing for financial independence.
 
We are committed as professional advisors to spending the most of our time assisting ideal clients. These clients we are most effective working with are those who:

* Pre-retired / Retired: Have investable assets worth $500,000 - $10,000,000;

* Business Owner: Business Value = $2MM- $25MM;

* Have household incomes of more than $150,000 if not retired;

* Are high performing professionals, business owners, or retired individuals;

* Are widows, retired and nearly retired people in their 50’s to mid-60’s, who are young at heart and live active lives;

* Have worked hard, saved well, and value professional advice. They do not micromanage, but rather delegate so they can focus on what is important to them. They are not major risk takers, but do understand they need more than just guaranteed income.

* Expect me to focus on managing their investment assets and to be proficient in tax and legal matters. They do not expect me to know everything financially, but rather coordinate with other trusted professionals.

At our meetings, we talk about their lives, families, travels, the economy, and their money. They want to know that I am carefully watching over their assets and making smart decisions so they do not have to.

Their primary financial motivation is to ensure what they worked hard for is managed with care, and that they will always have enough to live their life without concern for things financial. Their secondary financial motivation is to ensure the people they care for and organizations they support are the benefactors of what they have worked hard for.
