Practiced law for more than 30 years, exclusively as a member Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP, one of California's oldest law firms and continuously located in downtown Los Angeles. Specialize in business related litigation, with specific expertise in contract, real estate, construction, closely-held corporation and partnership litigation. Extensive experience in trying both jury and non jury cases in the state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association. Prosecuted numerous appeals. Beginning in 2003, expanded into the field of mediation, which now comprises about 30% of professional time. From 1998 through 2002 served as Managing Partner of Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP.
