He provides a broad range of patent related services including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, writing opinions regarding patent validity and infringement as well as foreign and domestic trademark prosecution, and oppositions.

Joe has prior experience with Kaiser Permanente IT as a Senior Software Design Engineer and is fluent in Spanish.
