Mark's real estate litigation experience has included the successful representation of clients in several multi-million dollar matters.
On the transactional front, Mark's experience includes representing clients in the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial and residential buildings, offices, and homes. Mark also represents property owners regarding zoning, building permits, and eminent domain.
Mark has expertise in provisional remedies, such as temporary restraining orders, injunctions, and other prejudgment remedies such as writs of possession and attachment. As a corollary, Mark is also an expert in enforcing judgments through post-judgment procedures.
Mark is comfortable in both State and Federal Courts. He is a Member of the California Bar, and is authorized to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Courts for all Districts of California.
