I am a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. I focus on estate planning, probate and post death trust administration, related business issues and business succession.
I provide individual estate, gift and charitable tax planning.Planning services range from the creation of basic estate plans to designing more intricate arrangements for passing assets to younger generations. I work with small businesses on corporate formation, maintenance of corporate records, and dissolution.
I work with young couples and single parents who want to make sure appropriate people are designated to care for their children personally and financially and to plan for estate distribution. I also work with couples and individuals planning for retirement who are eager to have their estate plans created or updated so as to implement their goals. I am able to work with individuals on a "housecall" basis for those no longer able to come in to the office.
