As a consultant with Liden, Nestle, Soled & Associates, I analyze, consult and administer small to medium size businesses. Each client receives hands-on attention and complete compliance review. We work with the clients financial advisors to focus on their vision of financial independence at retirement.
LNS is a full service third party administration firm. As strategic partners with our clients, we are able to design a flexible retirement that will attract and retain valuable employees. Our administrators will perform annual compliance testing & trust accounting, and prepare a signature ready tax return. We also respond to the Internal Revenue Service or the Department of Labor for audits and additional tax return information.
Our clients are small to medium size companies. We have unique knowledge regarding family owned businesses which can capitalize on opportunities available to this specific group. In addition, we have expertise in working with professional service corporations crafting retirement plans that meet the individual needs of each owner, shareholder or key employee.
