I began originating mortgages in 1983 and became a licensed real estate BROKER in 1988 specializing in real estate finance. I have participated on local, state and national boards of directors of my trade association as well as on the board of directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association. I was president of the Los Angeles County Association of Mortgage brokers and twice honored as Mortgage Broker of the year by that association. I owned Estate Funding Inc. for 21 years, closing it in February of 2009. At that time I joined Skyline Home Loans. That association has enhanced by business and I am pleased to be part of that organization.
