Historically, my practice has been predominantly business and bankruptcy litigation. However, a growing area of specialty is family law cases involving significant bankruptcy and outside business litigation issues. For example, family law cases where one party to the divorce is in bankruptcy or where a significant asset (such as a corporation or LLC) owned by the parties is in bankruptcy. As another example, where one or both of the parties to the divorce is being sued by a third party or the parties have significant actual or potential litigation claims against a third party.
